Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, attempts to interfere with the service, unauthorized access, abusive behavior, fraud, or activity that risks damage to vehicles, equipment, infrastructure, or other people.

Driving time is provided from the balance shown on your account. Availability is not guaranteed, and a vehicle may become unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, safety, or administrative action. Where the service detects an interruption covered by its billing logic, unused driving time may be returned to the account as implemented by the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share access in a way that bypasses account controls, probe or attack the service, automate vehicle control without permission, or use the service to violate applicable law.

Privacy Policy

We process account information needed to provide the service, including username, email address, account balance, email-verification state, authentication data, purchase records, session history, and technical information needed for security and operation.

Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than plaintext passwords. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by this application. We may retain transaction and operational records where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.

Account and technical data is used to authenticate users, provide vehicle access, account for driving time, process purchases, support users, diagnose faults, protect the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell user account data.

Cookie Policy

The site uses essential session storage or cookies required for sign-in, security protections, account state, checkout protection, and normal operation. These are necessary for the service to work correctly.

If optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies are added in the future, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

The website, control software, user interface, and related software are provided for authorized use of this service. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software through the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, circumvent security or access controls, interfere with service operation, or use the software to gain unauthorized control of vehicles or systems.

The software and service may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued as necessary for maintenance, security, feature changes, or operational reasons.
